A little bit about me.
I'm Reishi, an adaptogenic mushroom (meaning natural holistic medicine) jam-packed with antioxidants and health-promoting compounds, such as beta-glucans, polysaccharides and triterpenes. My powerful compounds have been shown to help with inflammation, cancers, and diabetes. A vast majority of these compounds are found in my Fruiting Body (the large reddish part of me you see above ground).
I've been used in traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years and was believed to nourish the heart, preserve liver health, slow aging, and enhance vitality, stamina and strength.

A little bit about me.
I'm Tremella, one of the earliest mushrooms to be certified for medicinal use. I live mostly in tropical and subtropical regions but can be found in the more temperate regions of Asia, North America, and Europe. I am a spongy, gelatinous textured mushroom that can be found dead tree branches.

A little bit about me.
I'm Lion's Mane, a mushroom that closely resembles the look of an actual Lion's mane (hence the name). Several studies have been done showing that I can improve mood, memory, cognitive function among other health benefits.

A little bit about me.
I'm Cordycep, a parasitic type of mushroom dating back to as early as 1757 AD used for my vast range of holistic medicinal benefits. I'm considered a "superfood" believed to help combat against fatigue, muscles aches, prevent weakness when it comes to exercise and help with immunity, brain function, and promote sleep among other health benefits.

A little bit about me,
My name is Dandelion, I'm a pretty common nuisance for pristine lawn owners but I also pack a ton of nutritional benefits for heath nuts (like you!). I'm actually part of the Daisy Family and can be used as a tea, used in salads, and even used for medicinal purposes.

A little bit about me,
My name is Chicory Root (chĭk′ə-rē), I'm a perennial herbaceous plant of the Dandelion Family and one of the most common sources of the prebiotic fiber called inulin. Who cares about inulin and prebiotics? Well, this prebiotic plays an important role in reducing inflammation, combatting harmful bacterias, and improving your guts ability to absorb minerals... soooo kind of a big deal!

A little bit about me,
My name is Barley, I'm technically considered a tall grass (I'm related to the grass family, you may know of them). Similar to Rye, I'm an old grain dating back to Ancient Egypt & Greece, however I'm the 4th largest produced grain in the world (Rye is number 7th). When compared to other ancient grains, I'm usually lower in fat and calories but higher in trace mineral making me very popular among breakfast cereals.

A little bit about me,
My name is RYE, I'm considered to be an incredibly healthy grain but I'm also extremely old (ancient times old). While I'm similar in composition as wheat, I have less starch and crude protein but more dietary fibre. In addition to the dietary fibre, I contain a wide range of bioactive compounds such as lignans, phenolic acids, alkylresorcinols, phytosterols, trace elements and minerals, folates, tocopherols and other vitamins. Basically I'm packed full of nutritional goodness (even if they're hard to pronounce).
